නිතර පැන නැගෙන නිවාස හිමිකම් පිළිබඳ ප්රශ්නය හැකි පමණින් විසඳීමට මා විසින් ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇති සැලසුම කොළඹට යන ප්රතිපත්ති මාලාව යටතේ වසර 2032 වන විට අඩු ආදායම් සහිත පවුල් 20,000කට මූල්ය ආධාර සහ ප්රදාන හරහානිවාස ලබාදීමට සකස් කර ඇති සැලැස්ම පංචිකාවත්තේ අබේසිංහාරාමය අසල සුරේඛ අබේගුණවර්ධන මහත්මිය විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද කුඩා ජනහමුවකදී එම ප්රදේශවාසීන්ට පැහැදිලි කිරීම සිදුවුනා.
My proposed action plan to address the frequently arising issues related to housing ownership, under the “Plan for Colombo” policy framework, aims to provide housing for 20,000 low-income families by 2032 through financial assistance and grants. This plan was explained to the residents at a small community meeting near the Abeysinharama Temple in Panchikawatte, organized by Ms. Sureka Abeygunawardena.
