අවිස්සාවේල්ලෙ පොදු ප්රවාහන මාර්ග පාවිච්චි කරන මගීන්ගේ ඉහළ ප්රවාහන අවශ්යතාව නිසා ඇතිවන තදබදයත් සමඟ මගීන් බෙහෙවින් අපහසුතාවයට පත්වන අතර මේ මගීන් අතර කාන්තා පාර්ෂවයේ ආරක්ෂාවටද යම් යම් අවදානම් හා ඔවුන් අපහසුතාවයට භාජනය වන අවස්ථා වැඩියි. මෙම දුෂ්කරතාවන් අවම කිරීමට කොළඹට සැහැල්ලු දුම්රිය ව්යාපෘතිය හා සංවෘත පරිපථ රූපවාහිනි තාක්ෂණය ක්රියාත්මක කිරීමටත් මා බලාපොරොත්තු වන බව හංවැල්ල, සාලාව හා මාවතගම කොට්ඨාශවල හිටපු නාගරික මන්ත්රී සමන්ත මැතිතුමා, අනුර මහතා හා වෙද මහතා විසින් සංවිධානය කල ජනහමු වලදී පැහිදිලි කිරීම සිදු වුනි.
Due to the high demand for public transportation in Avissawella, passengers experience significant congestion and challenges. Among these passengers, women, in particular, face certain risks and discomfort. To minimize these difficulties, I hope to implement the Colombo light rail project and a CCTV network within public transport. This plan was elaborated during public meetings organized by former municipal councillor Mr. Samantha, Mr. Anura, and Vedha Mahatha in the Hanwella, Salawa, and Mawathagama divisions.
