දියුණු කොළඹක් ගොඩනැගීමේ සැලසුම්ගත ඉලක්ක කරා යාමට සකස් කරගත් කොළඹට සැලසුම යන ප්රතිපත්ති හය පිළිබඳව සමන්ත්රණපුර රොෂාන් මහතා ඔහුගේ නිවසේදී සංවිධානය කරන ලද ජන හමුවේදීද එකමුතුපුර බෝධිය අසල ගයාන් මහතා සංවිධානය කරන ලද ජනහමුවේදීද අවසන් වශයෙන් යූ. සඳමාලි මහත්මිය විසින් බ්ලූමැන්ඩල්හිදී සුගතදාස ක්රීඩංගනය ඉදිරිපිටදී පැවති ජනහමුවේදීද එම ප්රදේශවාසීන්ට පැහැදිලි කිරීමට මට ලැබුණු අවස්ථාවන්ට එම සංවිධායකයින්ට මම මගේ හදපිරි ප්රාණමය පළ කර සිටිනවා.
I am deeply grateful to the organizers for the opportunities I received to explain the six policies under the “Plan for Colombo,” which is structured to achieve the goal of building a developed Colombo. This was clarified to the residents at a gathering organized by Mr. Roshan of Samanthranapura at his home, another gathering near the Ekamuthupura Bodhiya organized by Mr. Gayan, and finally at a meeting held in front of the Sugathadasa Stadium in Bloemendhal, organized by Ms. U. Sandamali.
