පසුගිය ඉරිදා (13) මේ දිනවල කඩා හැලුණු තද වැසි සහිත කාළගුණය හේතුවෙන් හටගත් ගංවතුරෙන් වූ හානි තත්වයට කුමන පිළියම් අවශ්ය වේද කියා සොයා බැලීමට අපි එම ප්රදේශයට යාමට කටයුතු කරනු ලැබුවා. ඒ අනුව එම තත්වය නිසා පීඩා විඳින ප්රදේශවාසීන්ට යම් සහන ලබා දීමට හා ඉඳුම් හිටුම් සූදානම් කරන කටයුතු සංවිධානයේ යෙදුනා.
Last Sunday (13), we visited flood affected areas to assess what relief and assistance were needed by the affected residents due to the damage caused by the heavy rains and resulting floods. After that, efforts were made to provide relief for the affected residents and organize the necessary arrangements for their shelter.
